Green Eggs and Ham Quiche

(Makes 6-8 servings)
 
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
6 slices uncured, pastured ham, diced
1/3 cup greens (if frozen, thaw and drain), coarsely chopped
1/4 cup bone broth
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/8 tsp. sea salt
 
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
 
2. Mix eggs with broth, turmeric, and salt.
 
3. Add diced ham and greens.
 
4. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
 
5. Bake for 40 minutes.
 
6. Slice and serve.
