Ingredients:
2 cans full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup local, raw honey
1/2 cup soy-free dark chocolate chips, ground
3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Following instructions for your ice cream maker, add ingredients and run until done.
3. Enjoy this creamy treat. It's a lot less expensive than any coconut ice cream you'll find in the store.
